A month to play, a month to learn.
Aaaaahhhh.....
ready to play with my kids
who still enjoy their school holiday,
and ready to learn
by myself or with them.
Told you before,
that blog hopping is so dangerous.
You can trip to other places
that so intoxicating,
you come back home
and head spinning with idea,
you cannot even sleep.
While I did blog hopping
two days before,
I found many bloggers at the other
part of the world
celebrate summer with such
enthusiasm and passion....
something that we here at
tropical country will not
appreciate much since we see
the sun every single day.
But I catched the spirit
of holiday there.
The spirit to play.
The spirit to enjoy the most
of the day.
And then if we are lucky,
we will learn something
from that day.
So....
when I couldn't sleep
last night, I think of a project
that I will do with my kids
for this whole month of July.
This month,
is a month to play,
and a month to learn.
A single photo of each day
is needed, a short story,
a lesson learned,
and I will include my kids'
handwriting and their opinion
of the day too.
Later, all pages will be
bound as an album.
So I took some art journal papers
that been ready on my shelf
this morning,
and made this simple layouts
The picture is only
a measurement for the outliners
where the photo of each day will be.
Also did it on the back
I move the placement for the pics
to the bottom of the pages here,
so the album later will not
be swell out on one side.
Then I had fun
After I painted them,
I play with glimmer mist on them
Love it.
I will share it again with you
here and there during this month.
