The Miraculous Cake
As the name of the maker
of this cake already said it all,
this cake is really miraculous.
the cake artist
who joined my scrapbook class
on June 19th
to know about scrapbooking,
has been kind enough
to granted my wish
to have a 'blog' cake
for my blog-versary,
squeezed into her hectic
schedule of teaching herself.
As I remembered
the days before the party
were hectic with many things.
One particular day,
I heard such a downgraded news,
that someone had stolen
my work and published it
in their class,
which made me very sad inside
(not surprised, because I knew them
too long, but still, sad)
and I remembered
also that day
I asked mba Peni about the
detail of the cake,
sent her the quotes and pics
that she needs for the cake,
including asking her
how much it will cost.
Later that night,
after the whole day felt so down,
mba Peni told me
that she will give the cake
as a gift for my blog-versary.
If you can saw me that night,
tears in front of my computer
as I read her message,
it was like a gift from GOD
for my patience that whole day
to NOT do anything
that I will regret later.
I know it sounds weird,
but I feel somehow
the universe is hearing
and watching.
And as the words itself
cannot thanked her appropriately
enough,
let the sweet gestures of her
be in my heart forever,
as I can call her a good friend
from now on.

as my pics of the cake
at the party are not as clear
and good as these

the cake became the talk
of the party.
Every scrappers love it.
Every scrappers snapped it.
So sorry I didn't
have the heart to cut down
the whole cake at the party
for all of you to taste it,
besides you all were already
fuullll with the lunch and
desserts and cakes that
Agnes brought from Bandung, right?
(aaah, lame excuse, I know...)
I want to show the cake to
my family.....
and later that night,
I can have this picture,
me and the miraculous cake.
and looks like not only me
who heart-ing the cake so much..
like you don't know
that sweet tooth princess....
The best work is done
with the heart breaking,
