Washi Crazy.

I don't even know where to begin
to tell you about this 'washi crazy' story.
*horor face*

Trying hard to remember,
back then, the only 'must have' washi for me
-or paper tape a.k.a mounting tape-
are the 7 gypsies ones.
They are just un-resistable.
*sigh*

Well, that was history.

My washi came here and there
and I still had not found the nudge to use
them much either in layout/album.

They all fit in one small bucket!
*LOL*

Then I put them in kitchen tissue holder,
but soon the single pole was filled up.
*Yeah, you think?*
So I made this version of multiple poles
from that kitchen tissue holder,
specific size and distance for each,
built for washi rolls.

Tadaaaa......

My first washi holder was filled in no time.
*chuckle*

And from there...
because the convenience of looking ALL
of them, they find spot easily in my scrap.
And in my heart, yes.
I know.

And they multiple, multiple, multiple.
Multiple again and again.
Just like that.
I guess they do it at night,
when I felt asleep, like one of my friend said.
She might be right.

And if a holder can hold about 100 washi tapes
...........
*silent*
I have three now.
With only one pole empty.
You do the math.
Wait.
And......
The extra washi are still in packaging.
*WHATT? there're still EXTRA???*
*Fall down from the chair*
*Yeah*

That's what I call,
WASHI CRAZY

I grouped them together
based on what I tend to search to use.
The 7 gypsies I told you about.
*cannot live without*

The graffiti and ledger and collage
*favorite*

 The ABC and lettering

 The images of beautiful things

 The numbers and metrics

 The sayings & sentiments

The rest I sorted mainly by colors

I said before,
this one pole is what's left.
*sigh*
And at the left side, the latest
8 packs of WRMK tapes.
I might put them in color-poles later on.

 Well.
As scary as it might looks like here,
I know, I know, I know,
there are many washi queens out there
that have much much more than me.
So, go easy on me, will you?
And, "Don't judge people by their washi",
is the new quote.
*What?*

Washi rocks!!

Indeed, washi rocks! You should also see my washi tapes that I've been collecting since 7 years ago. The real washi pattern on the washi tapes. Beautiful.. ;D

wuih banyak sekali :)

Wow! What an amazing collection! =) I've recently been out of control washi tape hoarding & ran out of room on my holders too. I'd love to still have them out displayed like yours. Do you know if washi tapes fade though? I've been searching but aside from experimenting myself I haven't been able to find answers. How are your tapes holding up out in the open?

Where did u buy all these stuffs? So lovely!!
