This is definitely the longest hiatus
I have taken from blogging.
I am safe and sound now.
And gladly report to you that
I am not sick or else,
-thanks for you all who checking
and asking why don't I update my blog-
*love you....smooch smooch*
and as you see,
I am still very much a talkative birdie
on twitter and posting some activities photos
So, I am fine.
The holiday come and go.
The new year and the first exciting month
has came and go again.
Lunar new year celebration.
And everything else in between.
No matter how chaotic life was..
I would strangle myself
to sit and write and update this blog.
But not for the last 50 days.
I promise myself to be kind to my body.
For -I don't know how long-
I always be a night owl.
Working, reading, scrapping, blogging,
all are felt better to do after 10pm
until my eyes let me.
I don't want to wait to be sick
to change that unhealthy routine,
I just change.
I sleep earlier
(almost never after midnight again),
using food combining method
for almost 6 months now,
and do what makes me happy.
I am happy to just sit and watch TV
at the end of a long day.
I am happy to sleep at the same time
with my kids without feeling guilty.
I am happy to leave my work
at the end of office hour
and be ready for it the next day.
I am happy.
So these 50 days of adjustment
And I am back.
Back as new.
