Cracks yourself up

This photo begins with a story :

Last week Adam didn't take his piano lessons very well, he was cranky and refused to do what his piano teacher told him to do (while the lesson is expensive and only 30 minutes. Sigh) so he was grounded...no TV for three days. Done.

The story continued....I forgot that a boy without TV is a boy that need a lot of other activities. It will be OK, though, if I am not in the peak hours to finish my album for the next class in time and others deadlines (oh, yeah, there are others deadlines. Sigh). So that night he came in to my studio and ask,
"Mom, I wanna do something here..."
"Hmmm....why don't you go draw something?"
"Can I draw here with you?"

In the middle of tons of pictures for the album scattered on the floor.

"Yeah, sure"

I feel headache.
Fifteen minutes later, here was he looks like.
"Mom, I made a hat from my drawing! Look!"
"Nice, hun! Why don't you make one more for me?"
Which I thought will buy me another 15 minutes of uninterrupting time. Mommy tricks, eh?
But this was the look he gave me...and I thought he knew my trick. Sigh. I began to crack up. How will I not burst into laughter looking him like this?
He did make one more hat for me, which he only wrote LOVE in front of it and gave it to me.
"Here, mom, this is yours!"
It took two minutes, I think.
Well. I gave up. I decided to play with him.
I wore the hat and handed over the camera to him.
"Now, it's your turn to take my picture, boy!"
He was full with glee. "Let's take pictures of us together, mom!" But then we both laughed so hard that all the pictures we took became blur! Fortunately daddy came to the rescue and took the camera. Yippi!
Here I am with this boy who always know how to make me laugh. Even at the times that I think I don't have time to laugh.
Laughter relaxes the whole body.
Laughter boosts the immune system.
Laughter triggers the release of endorphins.
Laughter protects the heart.

And for me, that night, laughter cures my headache and warms my heart.

Happy Ending.
