Today I went to my kids school to get their first term report card. And from Adam's teachers (Mrs.Tia and Ms.Sri), I got this heartwarming note. For all the parents in the class. It melt my heart instantly, so I want to share it here with you, all mommy in the world...

TICKET FOR LIFE

Bandage scraped knees. Kiss away fears.

Watch their heartbreak and dry their tears.

Teach them to know what's right and what's wrong.

Show them how to be gentle and when to be strong.

Tell them you love them, and then let it show.

That's the easiest part of helping them grow.

There needs to be discipline, but don't over do it.

Praise and encouragement strengthens their spirit.

Show them respect for their feelings and thoughts.

They should know their important, self worth can't be bought.

Show them some patience and always be kind.

Developing minds make mistakes time to time.

Teach them to be the best they can be.

Yay!
After I made up my mind (very quick), I used this album for my 2007 Christmas pictures and stories instead of using this year pictures. Although I know, (and you know for sure....) that working with fresh memories and pictures always double the fun and excitement, but then, if I don't do last year Christmas into an album NOW, the chance will become rarer and rarer in the upcoming months. Hhhh. So accompanied by Josh Groban, Kenny G and Chris Botti, which take turn until 2 a.m two days in a row this weekend,(of course they only do the singing and blowing part) I finish the album.

If only I had spare time at New Year's weekend, I'll make this year Christmas album for sure. Because this year Christmas's papers from K&co are begging me so much to use them. Absolutely adorable. Hmmm. Okay,okay. I'll do it. So next year I'll only dealing with what's happening in front of my eyes at Christmas. Hopefully.

Now, I still have to wrap some Christmas gifts for my kids school teachers.

This is where the inspiration for my album come from. If you are local, you probably had seen this boxes at the stores.Or at my wrapping store. Because this boxes are thin card boxes, they are easily being cut and modified. And I can't resist the cute image..... After a few hours, this boxes turn out to be like this :

And for the inside, I gather many many scrap papers and transparencies to make it interesting :

Now, the fun part begin...when I will put together all the pictures and the embellishment inside. I still have to decide whether this book will be for This Year Christmas (2008), ....or Last Year Christmas (2007).... which I still had not succesfully put all the pictures in an album...(already a year gone by again, oh, my...) I'll be back to post the finish album soon. Have to hurry..because this base for Christmas Album will be on sale at SCRAPKING counter next week. And only 12 album will be there.........I only can make that much!
