Ladies' Diary

Speaking as a true Graphic 45' hoarder,
I collected almost every lines.

*Oh, why not? You only live once*

And from many lines, I found
(again and again)
that I fall in love
(yes, again and again)
with the vintage ladies silhouette.

Many of the old collection of the G45
like On the Boardwalk, Domestic Goddess,
Fashionista, Commuique, Times Nouveau,
Le Romantique, Kraft Reflections,
and of course,
the latest Ladies Journal series,
all blended into one big theme.
I haven't got the chance to make something
out of it.
Yet, I keep the faith that someday
I'll use them all.

That day was come.

I found a classic wire basket months ago.
Kept it for photo prop at first,
but then after I cut
all the ladies' silhouettes,
tried to size them with it,
the basket looks ideal for the project.
So be it.

And I happen to have a 6x6 album
that fit perfectly in the basket.
No surprise, eh?

The details of all the four sides
of the wire basket...

Not even in my dreams
that I think I will create a project
using some feathers like these ones.
But out of my comfort zone,
I pick them up at Spotlight
on my last visit there,
and voila!

And this is the album...

Am thinking to fill this album
with my mom's pics when she was
on her early 20.
I remembered that particular album
that hold so many her beautiful pics
that I opened so many times
 during my teen,
wishing to be as beautiful as her someday.
*chuckle*

It will be precious, won't it?
Oh, yes.
Thousands times yes.

Do not let your precious memories
slip away that easy, okay?
Promise?
